Measure Principle
Under the hydraulic pressure difference of the entrance and the exit of the measuring chamber, a pair of oval gears are rotating and discharge the liquid. By counting the number of rotation of the oval gear, we can get the total volume of the liquid flow through the meter
|

Characteristics
- High accuracy, has little influence of the viscosity of the liquid
- Do not need straight tube to be connected on the inlet and outlet of the meter

- Flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but the axes of oval gear wheel axle should be installed in horizontal
- The noumenon material of flowmeter is cast iron (common type, is mainly used in oiliness medium measurement), stainless steel (Anti-corrosion type)
- To prevent the flowmeter from blockage of the impurities, filters should be installed before in the upper stream of the meter |
