Measuring Principle |

LSQ series of Ultrasonic Open Channel Flow-meter is composed ultrasonic sensor, flow flume(P Flume) , and microcomputer measuring system . When the medium flow freely through the flume , the relation between the liquid level height H measured by the flowmeter and the volumetric flowrate Q is : Q =CHn (n, C is the coefficient).
The ultrasonic sensor is controlled by the microcomputer system, carries on the launching and receiving of the ultrasonic wave. Microcomputer calculate the height of the liquid level H by calculating difference between the time for the wave launch and return of liquid surface , and then can draw out volume flowrate Q of the liquid which flows through the fume by a series of judging, calculating, and conversion. |
